Shipping Policy

Shipping Rates:

*delivery timescales are from date of dispatch of your order.

Shipping Information:

Ordered placed before 1pm will be dispatched on the same day however, orders placed after  1pm will not be shipped until the next working day i.e. ordered placed after  1pm on Friday will be dispatched on the following Monday. 

We aim that all orders will be shipped within 24-48 hours from placing your order.  However; we cannot be held accountable for delays caused by adverse weather conditions or actions by third parties that cause delays to your shipment.

All orders are sent via secured shipping which require signature on delivery of your order. If you are not at the shipping address when the courier attempts a delivery, we cannot be held accountable for delays in you receiving your order due to this.  To ensure prompt delivery and for your own convenience we would advise you have orders sent to your work address, just enter your requested shipping address at the checkout.

We understand that you may wish to buy items as a gift so you can choose to have your order shipped to another delivery address.  However, for security reasons we cannot deliver to P.O. Box numbers.

International Shipping:

Ingenue ships to most countries worldwide including all of Europe, Canada, United States, Australia, New Zealand, South Africa, UAE and Saudi Arabia.  If you want to know if Ingenue ships to your country you can contact us at info@ingenuelondon.com

All International Orders will be sent be the best courier to service your area based on the size of your order.  Our Standard International Shipping Rate is £20 and depending on your country shipping can take between 7 and 12 working days.   Please note that you may be liable to import taxes on your order depending on your country of residence.  Furthermore, we cannot be held accountable for delays in delivery of your items due to Customs authorities.
